What the contact form collects

When you send a request: your name, work email, company (optional), the service you are interested in, when you would like to start (optional) and your message.

With it, the page sends context about how you found us: the language of the page, the page where you arrived and the page where you sent the form, the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and the name of the website that referred you, never the rest of its address.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and arrange a discovery call, and to understand, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns bring inquiries. We do not send marketing emails from this form and we do not sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

Vercel hosts the website and processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect the contact form from abuse. Resend sends the notification of your request to our inbox, which is hosted by Google. These providers may process data outside Senegal.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you: it records the page visited (with any campaign tags in its link), the referring website, the country, and the type of device, operating system and browser, and reports them as aggregated statistics. It never receives what you type in the form.

It also records a few actions, without identifying you: for example a click on a “Discuss your project” button, starting the contact form, or whether a request was sent, with the service chosen. These records never contain what you type or the reference of your request.

What is stored in your browser

No cookies. Your language choice is kept in local storage. The campaign tags, the page where you arrived and, only while you switch language, an unsent form draft are kept in session storage and disappear when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept in our inbox and private lead tracker while we are in contact. Our practice is to delete them at most 12 months after the last exchange unless we start working together, and sooner if you ask. Analytics are aggregated statistics kept by Vercel for a limited period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing seckbara23@gmail.com. In Senegal you can also contact the Commission de Protection des Données Personnelles (CDP).
