Context

Imaging centres produce reports that must follow a consistent structure and be validated by a radiologist.

The problem

Turning free dictation into a clean, structured report takes typing and formatting time that radiologists would rather spend reading images.

What we built

Dictation from a computer, a phone (scan a QR code, no app to install) or an audio file
AI structures free dictation into Indication, Technique, Results and Conclusion as you speak
Spoken corrections and free editing, then export to PDF or Word
Report templates, a report list and a review-and-sign step

Engineering decisions

Data isolated per establishment: each clinic sees only its own records
A complete audit trail of actions on each report
Reports stay drafts until signature, so unvalidated text is never final

Human oversight

The AI never diagnoses and never signs. The radiologist reviews, edits, validates and signs every report.

Context

Private schools manage enrolment, attendance, tuition and report cards, often across paper registers and spreadsheets.

The problem

Re-entering the same information in several places makes records hard to keep current and term report cards slow to produce.

Tuition tracking with digital receipts
